Cake Decorating Class

Service Description

In this class you will learn how to fill, crumb coat, and decorate a 6 inch round sponge cake in a vintage piped design. The class is approximately 3 hours long. You will learn how to use different piping tips to create a variety of piped effects which you will practice on parchment paper before trying them out on your cake. You can customise the colours you use - choosing up to 2 pastel shades. You will leave with lots of new skills that you will be able to apply on your own future cakes, and of course with a delicious cake to take home with you - worth £55! I offer 1 class per month, usually on a Friday. If I have a lot of interest, I will increase the availability and add a weekend date.
