Service Description

This private 1–1 baking class is taught at a relaxed pace and tailored to you, focusing on building real confidence in a calm, supportive setting. Everything you make will be beautifully boxed to take home, just like a bakery order. This workshop is all about understanding what makes a really good cookie - the balance of crisp edges, soft centres, and deep flavour - with techniques you can reliably recreate at home. You can choose between: Classic chocolate chunk cookies, or Double chocolate chunk cookies for a richer, more indulgent bake You’ll make: 8 baked cookies 2–4 portioned cookie dough balls to freeze and bake at home You’ll learn: How ingredients affect spread, thickness, and texture How to achieve crisp edges with soft, chewy centres Why chilling matters and when to do it How to portion, freeze, and bake cookies successfully How to adapt one base dough into flavour variations Included: Everything boxed to take home + a printed recipe card with full method.
