This private 1–1 baking class is taught at a relaxed pace and tailored to you, focusing on building real confidence in a calm, supportive setting. Everything you make will be beautifully boxed to take home, just like a bakery order. This is a slower, more immersive workshop focused on enriched dough and yeast confidence. These cinnamon rolls are something I’m especially known for - I’ve been told more than once that they’re “life-changing”. You’ll make: 6 cinnamon rolls, baked and finished with cream cheese frosting during the session You’ll learn: How enriched dough behaves Mixing and handling soft, enriched dough Proving, shaping, and timing How to work confidently with yeast How to make the perfect cream cheese topping Tips for recreating the process successfully at home Included: Everything boxed to take home + a printed recipe card with full method.
