Service Description

This private 1–1 baking class is taught at a relaxed pace and tailored to you, focusing on building real confidence in a calm, supportive setting. Everything you make will be beautifully boxed to take home, just like a bakery order. This workshop focuses on creating visually beautiful cupcakes, like those shown above - soft vanilla sponge topped with carefully piped buttercream in complementary colours and styles. It’s ideal if you love the look of decorated cupcakes but want to understand how to achieve clean, confident results without feeling overwhelmed. You’ll make: 6 vanilla cupcakes, baked during the session Buttercream from scratch, coloured in a coordinated palette A set of cupcakes finished with a variety of piping styles, similar to those pictured You’ll learn: How to bake a reliable vanilla cupcake sponge How to make smooth, pipeable buttercream How to colour buttercream cleanly and intentionally Several decorative piping techniques, including swirls, shells, and textured finishes How to combine colours and piping styles so cupcakes look balanced and cohesive Included: Everything boxed to take home + a printed recipe card with full method.
