Service Description

This private 1-1 baking class is taught at a relaxed pace and tailored to you, focusing on building real confidence in a calm, supportive setting. Everything you make will be beautifully boxed to take home, just like a bakery order. This is a much-loved workshop and very close to my heart. I previously supplied scones to Old Market Hall, The Shrewsbury Coffeehouse, and The Bear Steps, and the feedback was exceptional. Even years later, people still ask if I’ll supply them again - they’re something people genuinely remember and talk about. You’ll make: 4 classic plain scones 4 flavoured scones (such as lemon & blueberry or raspberry & almond) You’ll learn: How to achieve a light, tender crumb Dough handling and shaping How to adapt one core recipe into reliable flavour variations How to recreate bakery-quality scones at home Included: Everything boxed to take home + a printed recipe card with full method. Booking: Workshops are scheduled by arrangement. The dates and times shown are request only and do not guarantee availability.
